Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brifo — the AI meeting notes application for macOS available at brifo.in — and the associated cloud API at api.brifo.in ("the Service"). Brifo is not affiliated with Brifo Logistics or Brifo Infrabuild (unrelated Indian logistics companies).

1. Beta status

Brifo is currently in public beta. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

2. Your use

• You must only capture meetings where you have the legal right to record (consult your local wiretap laws).
• You will not use Brifo to impersonate, harass, stalk, or violate the privacy of others.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent paid features (if/when added).

3. Content ownership

You retain ownership of your meeting transcripts, notes, and action items. By using Brifo, you grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Service (e.g., sending transcripts to our AI provider to generate notes).

4. Third-party services

Brifo integrates with Google (Calendar + Sign-In), Jira, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

5. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@brifo.in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brifo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.
